We offer free shipping via USPS to the U.S. when you purchase (3) 5.oz packages of Pearl Powder or more.
All other shipping costs vary depending on the amount you purchase. All shipping costs for your specific product is clearly stated next to the product on our order page.
We ship orders on Monday's and Thursday's. Most orders, unless otherwise delayed due to anything that is beyond our control are usually delivered to your door within 2-3 days of shipping.
We cannot control shipping times by USPS. In the event of holidays, pandemics, and strikes your order may take longer than usual to receive. Save your tracking number and keep checking to see where you package is.
Pay Pal's New Refund Policy.
When ordering from Pay Pal checkout, if you require a refund for any reason, there is a 3.49% Pay Pal transaction fee.
Make sure your correct emailing address is listed at Pay Pal. We will not ship to an incorrect mailing address and it cannot be changed after you place your order. We will offer you a refund and you may
re-order, but there will be a 3.49% Pay Pal transaction fee.
Empress Of Pearl Refund Policy
We have a "NO REFUND" policy on All Bulk & Wholesale Pearl Powder orders. (3) 5oz pkgs and more). All Sales Are Final! Returns Are Not Accepted
Empress Of Pearl is not responsible for customs, duties or fees that international governments/customs may impose on packages. The customer is responsible for any customs fees or duties that may be associated with their package.
Please monitor your tracking information in case your package is temporarily held for inspection. Customs inspection can take several days.
If absolutely necessary, we will provide a refund for international orders, less S&H, after 8-10 weeks if the package is obviously lost or stolen. This time will increase during holidays or pandemics and any other REASON shipments may be delayed.
International orders are experiencing longer than usual delivery times.
Before you make an international purchase, be sure to check the latest updates on the USPS Service Alert webpage to track how the COVID-19 pandemic is affecting deliveries to countries outside the U.S. We will not be shipping to the International Mail Service Suspensions until further notice.
It is up to the customer to check the alert to see if their country is temporarily suspending international mail. In the case a product is shipped and returned to our company because of suspension, we offer a refund on the product, less S&H, and a 15% processing fee. So, please check carefully.
